Privacy note

What we keep, and why.

When you send us an enquiry through this website, we save it so we can reply to you and keep a record of what you asked. This page says exactly what that is.

What we keep

The name and phone number you type in, and anything you choose to add: your vehicle, what you need, your message. If you ask for a booking we also keep the service you chose and the day you would like to come in. We also note which product or page you asked from, and when. We do not keep your IP address or details about your browser.

Why we keep it

To reply to you, to remember what you asked about if you contact us again, and to give you a proper quote.

Who can see it

Only the staff of G.R.B Complete Wheel Service who handle enquiries. We do not sell your details or share them with anyone else. Your message itself travels through WhatsApp, which has its own privacy terms.

How long we keep it

For as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry and to keep a record of what you asked. You can ask us to delete it at any time (see below).

If you become a customer

We also keep your contact details, your vehicle details (make, model, plate, tyre size) and notes about the work we do for you, so we can serve you and remember your vehicle next time. Only the staff of G.R.B Complete Wheel Service can see them, and we do not sell or share them. You can ask us to see or delete them at any time, in the same way as an enquiry.

Reminders about your booking

If you have a booking with us, we may send you a confirmation when it is confirmed and a reminder the evening before. They go by WhatsApp or by email, to the number or address you gave us, and travel through those services, which have their own privacy terms. If you would rather not get them, ask us not to send automatic messages and we will stop. We may still message you ourselves about your booking. We keep a short note that a message was sent and whether it got through, but not what it said.

Seeing it or deleting it

To see what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, call us on 686 9046 or message us on WhatsApp. We will take care of it.
